Concession Abased
Operators of trade vehicles were abusing the concession which permitted them to double-park while loading or unloading, said Mr E. A. Lee. S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. It was obvious to anyone driving around the city that the concession was being abused, he said.
