Ostracism Of Cuba

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MONTEVIDEO, Sept. 10. Uruguay has decided to break relations with Cuba. Mexico is now the only American republic maintaining relations with Cuba. The break was in compliance with a majority recommendation of the Organisation of American States last July that all American nations should break with Cuba because of its “export of subversion” to other countries.
