More Grain
(N.Z. Press Assn.— Copyright) CHICAGO. Sept. 9. American wheat shipments to India will rise 50 per cent, to 600.000 tons a month, until November. The Agricultural Secretary (Mr O. Freeman) said yesterday the United States also would help India by sending technicians to speed the transporttion of wheat through congested port and grain-handling facilities to the people who need it.
