COAST HAS 3 CHANGES
League 13 To Play In Chch. Three changes have been made in the West Coast Rugby League team to meet Canterbury at Christchurch on September 19 from that which defeated Waikato, 13-10, on August 30. The injured centre, L. Brown, replaces the 1963 South Island representative, C. A. Hibbs, in the backs and two new forwards, F. Kennedy and J. L. Weir, are included. Kennedy will replace C. D. Smith as the hooker and IVeir, a former West Coast Rugby representative, will play instead of A. Dennehy as a prop. The team is:— B. J. Mann; J. O’Connell, G. M. Kennedy, L. Brown, A. J. Tibbles: R. Hiha, B. Sweetman; C. W. Clark; C. L. McMaster, J. K. Dixon, R. G. Hart, F. Kennedy, J. L. Weir.
