ISSUE PLAN DEFERRED

New Move By Fibremakers (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, August 27. Directors of Fibremakers (N.Z.), Ltd., which is establishing a nylon plant at Wiri, have decided to defer the issue of Shares to the New Zealand public. This was announced today by the chairman (Mr K. B. Myers). He said that this was a consequence of the purchase by 1.C.1., Ltd., of the Courtauld shares in British Nylon Spinners, Ltd. Review Necessary It would be necessary to review the financial implications as they affected the New Zealand company. Pending completion of this review, it had been decided to defer the public issue. It Was announced in March that the company would have a paid capital of £1,250,000 in 5s shares, of which Fibremakers, Ltd., Australia, would hold £1,000,000 and the remainder would be issued to the public.
