Support For Airline
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Aug. 25. South Pacific Airlines of New Zealand, faced with troubles after the withdrawal of Ansett Transport Industries, has appealed for public support over the signature of the general manager, Captain R. D. Daniell. The first to offer support have been Captain Daniell's war-time comrades, members of the New Zealand Chindit Association. They have decided to spend £lOO on two £5O books of the airline’s travel vouchers.
