Decree Nisi Granted
Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday granted Peter Edward Godsave, a company representative. of Christchurch, a decree nisi in divorce from Margaret Dick Godsave, of Christchurch, on the ground of a separation agreement. The action was undefended. Mr B. J. Drake appeared for the petitioner, and Mr A. K. Archer for the respondent. Petition Dismissed His Honour dismissed a petition by John Henry McAllister, a salesman, of Wellington, for a decree nisi in divorce on the ground that he and the respondent. Rema Frances McAllister, of Christchurch, had been living apart for seven years and were not likely to be reconciled. Defending the action, the respondent claimed that the petitioner deserted her. The respondent was allowed costs. Mr Drake appeared for the petitioner, and Mr W. F. Brown for the respondent.
