Pipe Band Meeting
Representatives from Highland pipe band centres all over New Zealand will attend the annual meeting and council meeting in Christchurch on September 26. The judges for the 1965 Dominion contest at Palmerston North in March will be selected. The council will meet after the annual meeting to adopt a new set of rules for the conduct of pipe bands in contests.
