House Sold For £3600
A house on a section of 39.5 perches at the corner of Fulton avenue and Wairarapa terrace, Fendalton, was sold for £3600 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered by Mr Ray Simes, who was acting in conjunction with Baker Bros., Ltd., The initial bid was £3300. There were three bids of £lOO. The house has four bedrooms, dining-room, livingroom, bathroom, and laundry.
