The security for the loan shall be a special rate of 8.27 pence In the £ on the unimproved value of ail rateable property in the Amethyst Electric Power District. It Is not proposed to levy the said Special Rate but to meet the Annual Charge on the proposed loan from general fund. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit in writing to the Amethyst Electric Power Board, Hari-Harl. not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
