Little Effect Seen

Official trade figures issued today indicated that boycotts against South Africa because of her apartheid policies were having little effect, the Associated Press reported. Total imports during the first half of this year, worth about £360 million, were about £7O million up on those for the first half last year.

Exports in the same period increased by about £23 million to £246 million.
