L.C.I. £6m Note Issue Filled

Imperial Chemical Industries of Australia and New Zealand, Ltd., has closed its £6m unsecured note issue fully subscribed. The issue was underwritten by lan Potter and Company and E. L. and C. Baillieu, members of the Stock Exchange of Melbourne. It comprised £lm in notes carrying 6} per cent interest for nine years, and £sm at 61 per cent for 20 years.

Small investors showed “considerable interest” in the issue, the underwriters said.
