(N Z PA -Reuter—Copyright) WASHINGTON, July 7. The Senate yesterday passed a Bill to tighten controls over American agents serving foreign interests in the United States.
The Bill/ which now goes to the House of Representatives, among other things prohibits spokesmen and lobbbyists for foreign Powers or foreign commercial interests from using foreign funds to make contributions to American candidates for. office.
