by fog Over Whenuapai. The players and officials, most of whom left’ their homes on Thursday afternoon, arrived • weary and hungry between, 11 p.m. and 1 a.m., about 30 hours after they were scheduled to reach Auckland. Some of the players had not had a substantial meal for 30 hours and had had little sleep in that time.
