Do-It-Yourself Plumbing

Sir,—lt is with great interest I have been reading about do-it-yourself plumbing being permitted. My son is now completing his sixth year as an apprentice to the trade where he has worked and studied hard to reach his goal. Cr. T. D. Flint stated in the paper “it was about time he could change his own tap washers.” Good luck to him, I say. I only hope he does a first-class job. Every man to his trade. —Yours, MOTHER OF PLUMBING APPRENTICE. June 29, 1964.
