AUCKLAND, June 19.' Before nearly 400 New Zealanders can leave Auckland in the Italian liner Fairsky on June 30, they will have to have a yellow fever vaccination. Shipping officials say this is a rare vaccination for people leaving New Zealand, but on its next trip the Fairsky will call at Massawa, in Italian Somaliland, to pick
