TOKYO, June 19.
Indonesian guerrillas began a long* awaited withdrawal from Malaysian Borneo today, opening the way for a Tokyo summit conference to remove the threat of war between Indonesia and Malaysia.
Thirty-two armed Indonesians passed through Tebedu checkpoint in Malaysian Borneo this morning on their way to the border.
Some diplomats said it was virtually certain that Malaysia’s Prime Minister (Tunku Abdul Rahman) would be seated at the conference table with . President SukarnO, of Indonesia, and the Philippine President, Mr Diosdado Macapagal, some time today. Later, it was announced by Dr. Subandrio, the Indonesian Foreign Minister, that a summit meeting between the
three leaders would be held tomorrow. The Foreign Ministers of the three countries met again to draw up an agenda for a summit conference to settle the conflict
