New Sea Life Park In Hawaii
The largest and most authentic exhibit of its kind, Hawaii’s Sea Life Park is an important contribution to the understanding of marine life in Pacific waters, says a Pacific Area Travel Association news release.
Recently completed at a cost of 1,800,000 dollars, the park of 118 acres, is on an ancient lava spit, 20 minutes from Honolulu. .’ Called the “oceanarium with a purpose,” Sea Life Park, besides being a tourist attraction, is designed to serve scientific purposes for the research staff at the Oceanics Foundation, which shares the park grounds.
