DRIVERS CHARGED

Morrinsville Bus Crash fW.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, June 17. Both' drivers involved in the Morrinsville bus crash tragedy have now been charged with dangerous driving causing death. Today Mr Stewart Hardy, S.M., committed, a 29-year-old truck driver, Gilbert Phillip Sydney, for trial and began to hear evidence against the 54-year-old bus driver, Maunsell Henry George West Both men have been charged with causing the death of Yvonne Margaret Wilson at Kereone on March 10 by driving in a manner, having regard to all the circumstances in the case, which was dangerous to the public or any other person. Sydney pleaded not guilty and Mr Hardy granted bail. The bulk of the evidence against West will be presented tomorrow.
