Retirement Conditions
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 12. The modified retirement and resignation leave conditions which other Government employees obtained recently now apply also to the police, the Minister of Police (Mr Allen) said today. A Cabinet decision- in March altered retirement and resignation leave for permanent members of the Post Office, the railways, and departments under the control of the State Services Commission. This latest decision brings the police into line.
