Offer Taken Up By 40 Per Cent

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 12. The offer to former Waiheke Shipping Company, Ltd., shareholders to take an interest in Kerridge Qdeon Tourism, Ltd., has been taken up in respect-of 40 per cent of the 17,000 £1 shares offered, Sir Robert Kerridge has announced.

A separate company will be formed for these shareholders and this company will have a proportionate interest in the £500,000 capital, of Kerridge Odeon Tourism, of which Waiheke Shipping is now a subsidiary.
