OAKES SHIELD TO ASHBURTON
The Ashburton Rifle Club beat the Waiau Rifle Club, the holder in a shoot for the Oakes Shield at Waiau.
The shoot consisted of two sighters and seven counting shots fired at 3.00, 500, and 600 yards. Results:
