County Road Needs Study

(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, May 20.

In response to special requests from both counties, a reading needs survey of Heathcote and Mount Herbert will be undertaken by the National Roads Board. This was approved at today’s meeting of the board. Asked if any other surveys were pending, Mr N. A. Rattray said he had letters from Halswell and Paparua, but that approval would not be sought at this stage.
