Presented To Museum

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 15. The ceremonial sword and uniform of -Lieutenant-Com-mander W. E. Sanders, V.C., D. 5.0., together with documents relating to the winning of his Victoria Cross, have been presented to the Auckland War Memorial Museum by his sister, Mrs E. M. Keith, of Mount Albert. Lieutenant-Commander Sanders won the Victoria Cross in April, 1917, when, as captain of H.M.S. Prize, a Q ship, he sank a German submarine.
