THIS DARK-SKINNED BABY GIRL, aged three months, was abandoned to a protesting Indian family in Royal Oak, Auckland, on Saturday evening. Constable P. B. Joblin is holding the child. After extensive police inquiries the baby’s mother, of Maori-Indian descent, was located yesterday morning. The mother has given the police an explanation.
