MINOR FIRES
A rubbish fire at the home of Mr Murray Manhire, 29 Merrin street, was extinguished by units from the Central and Sydenham stai tions at 2.19 p.m. on Satur- ■ day. An oven fire at the home of I Mrs H. M. Donaldson, 11 Moana street, was attended by one unit from the Sydenham [station at 2.55 a.m. A small fire in the pathology laboratory of Dr.. L. L. Treadgold, 273 Montreal street, was put out by three units i from the Central station at 1.30 a.m. yesterday.
