Weather Track By Radar
(N Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 19. Radar-equipped R.N.Z.A.F. aircraft from Fiji were used to track and pinpoint' the centre of Pacific cyclones and hu. ricanes, a Meteorological Service spokesman said in Auckland. He was replying to criticism by officers of the cargo ship Kweichow, which was caught in last week’s hurricane Henrietta, that reports on its position from Noumea, Brisbane, Sydney and Auckland were “conflicting and inconsistent?’
