Girl, Aged 16, Attacked
The Christchurch C.LB. is inquiring into an attack made on a 16-year-old girl by a man about 10.45 pun. on Thursday. The girl was walking home after leaving a bus and was attacked in Hoon Hay road near Lincoln road. She was thrown to the ground and hit in the face. The man ran away when she screamed. The girl suffered only slight injuries, but was severely shocked. She described her attacker as being aged about 40, sft Sin and wearing a threequarter length, fawn-coloured wind-breaker jacket
