CHANCE FOR SCHUSTER
Promoted To Auckland XI
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 27. The young Grafton batsman, H. Schuster, will have his first game for the senior Auckland XI tomorrow in the three-day match against the New Zealand under-23 team. W. R. Playle, who was recalled to the side after being dropped for the last three Plunket Shield matches, has injured an ankle and Schuster will replace him. The teams are:—
Under 23: I. R. Mason (captain), J. St. J. Parson, R. E. Redmond, P. B. Truscott (Wellington), K. Thomson, A. Taylor (Canterbury), R. Stewart (Otago), R. Penhearow (Northern Districts), M. G.
