BRITISH PRIME MINISTER IN NIGERIA.—During his recent three day visit to Nigeria, Sir Alec Douglas-Home paid a courtesy call on the Oba (King) of Lagos. The Oba and other chiefs dressed Sir Alec Douglas-Home in this traditional robe known as the agbada, which has a matching cap. The Oba’s elaborate costume included an elegant fly whisk.
