(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 23. Investments with the Totalisator Agency Board on today’s Oamaru race meeting amounted to £96,009, made up of win and place bets of £45,819 10s, and £50,189 10s on doubles. The off-course substitute was Champ.
