Bid To Make Amends In Plains Handicap The clash between Gay Robin, Lady Charles and Bluff in the Plains Handicap at Addington Raceway tonight could be one of the features on the second night of the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club’s Easter meeting.

Gay Robin will be trying - to make amends for an unlucky defeat last Saturday night and Lady Charles and Bluff will both be trying to improve winning records at the meeting. Gay Robin and Lady Charles will start from the. back mark of 24 yards and Bluff, which has gone up a class, will be one of 11 on the limit. Lady Charles recorded an outstanding performance in the Bryndwr Handicap last Saturday night. She came

right from the back in the last three furlongs and won going away. Gay Robin was one of Lady Charles’ Bryndwr Handicap rivals. He was also one of the
