The Christchurch Technical College Amateur Athletic and Cross Country Club continued its evening meetings at Ensors road last evening. The women’s pentathlon was also held. In the under 17 girls’ pentathlon Miss D. Charteris put up a good performance of 3526 points, 13 points better than that of the winner of the Canterbury under 17 championship. Church Anniversary.—The ninetieth anniversary of the Greendale Methodist Church and Sunday School will be held on April 11 and 12. The president of the Methodist Conference of New Zealand (the Rev. A. R. Penn) will preach at one of the services during the celebrations.
