P.M. May Go (From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, March 15. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake), who is also Minister of External Affairs, is likely to attend the S.E.A.T.O conference in Manila next month. He said tonight he was earnestly considering attending th' conference. According to the Foreign Minister of the Philippines, Indonesia’s “confrontation” policy of Malaysia is almost certain to be discussed. Mr Holyoake received a cable this afternoon from the Deputy Secretary of External Affairs (Mr F. Shanahan) in Teheran saying that the Deputy Prime Minister (Mr Marshall) is making very satisfactory progress.
