Royal Wedding Advanced

(NJS. Press Assn.—Copyright) ATHENS, March 15. The Greek Royal Palace announces that the wedding of King Constantine of Greece to Princess Anne-Marie of Denmark will take place this year. Originally the wedding was scheduled for January, 1965. While Constantine was Crown Prince there seemed to be no rush for him to wed the Danish princess, who will not be 18 until August. But as King, he should have a Queen as soon as possible, some courtiers think. They feel a Royal wedding would strengthen the young King’s position. At 23, he is the youngest monarch in the world. The Greek Royal Court must spend six months in mourning for King Paul, and therefore the wedding is not likely to be held before September.
