(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Mar. 12. Mr D. A. Wraight, Navy Secretary since 1951. has been appointed Deputy SecretaryGeneral of the South-east Asia Treaty Organisation. The appointment was announced today by the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake). Mr Wraight has been permanent of the Navy Department and civil member of the Naval Board. He will succeed Mr William Worth, of Australia, who has held office as Deputy Secre-tary-General since September, 1957.
