Ten European health experts will meet in Moscow today to discuss controlling new drugs and preventing the introduction of new drugs with dangerous sideeffects. The talks follow closely on the discovery in the United States that a new drug used by radiographers to make Xray pictures clearer kills patients. Nations represented at the meeting, which is sponsored by the World Health Organisation are Britain, the Soviet Union, France, Belgium, Holland, West Germany, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland and Czechoslovakia.

Royal Visit.— The King and Queen of Malaysia arrived in Bangkok today for a nineday State visit to Thailand. —Bangkok, February 24.
