REMANDED FOR SENTENCE

Guilty Plea On Six Charges (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Feb. 18. Archibald Oscroft, aged €l. process worker, today pleaded guilty before Mr Justice T. A. Gresson to six charges of unlawful use of an instrument and was remanded in custody for sentence. Oscroft had been committed to the Supreme Court for. trial on these charges and a charge of manslaughter. Today Mr A. B. Lawson said the Crown would file a stay on proceedings in respect of the manslaughter charge.
