AN EFFECTIVE FLY TRAP.—Hundreds of flies caught in a fly trap at the Sumner home of Mr A. Prentice, formerly secretary of the North Canterbury Hospital Board. This device was once made in Christchurch and used in hospitals. Mr Prentice said it was best to leave flies in the trap for a few days until no more could enter. Their buzzing seemed to attract many others.
