WELLINGTON, February 17. Mr Antony Whitlock, of Melbourne, an executive of News. Ltd., of Adelaide, arrived in Wellington this afternoon from Sydney to represent Mr K. R. Murdoch, managing-director of News. Ltd.
Mr Murdoch, whose firm la_.t week gave notice of a take-over for the “Dominion” of £2,200.000, returned temporarily to Sydney last Saturday on business. Mr Whitlock is a former editor of the Hawke’s Bay “ Herald -Tri b une. ”
