British sources at the United Nations said last night that Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark have agreed to join with the United States and Britain in setting up a peace-keeping force for Cyprus. France has refused to take part. The statement said the American contribution would be 1200 men, and described a proposed new device for associating the peace force with the United Nations.
