Sir, —Why do the public have to go to the hotels instead of shops to get syphon soda?—Yours, etc., FRED LAWS. February 10, 1964. [The chairman of the Aerated Water Manufacturers’ Association (Mr W. V. Cowles) replied: “There are no import licences available for soda, siphons.
