Public Service Reports
Sir, —The State Services Commission’s reply on reports is very disturbing. It is urgent that a probationer may not see the confidential re- • port recommending his dismissal. If the probationer • took the case to Court, I am • certain that the judge would • not rule the report as a privi- - leged document. In some cases, I understand that con-7 fidential reports were used 1 during almost the entire term of probation —Yours, etc.. DISILLUSIONED NATIONALIST. June 23, 1964.
