Second Remand
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, January 24. Archibald Oscroft, aged 64, unemployed, was further remanded to January 28 by Mr A. A. Coates, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Count ait Auckland today on a charge of manslaughter resulting from the illegal use of an instrument on a girl with the intent to procure a miscarriage.
