Nixon Is Willing
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) NEW YORK, January 23. Mr Richard Nixon, often mentioned as a possible candidate for the 1964 r-nubli-can Presidential nomination, said tonight: “If the opportunity (for public service) should come again, I would accept. "And I think I will know in the event that I feel that the people of this country, particularly my own party, need me at that particular time. “I don’t anticipate that that will happen now. I particularly don’t anticipate it because I’m not in the arena,” the former VicePresident said in a television interview.
