Kerr’s Reach To Be Inspected
The Christchurch Drainage Board would inspect Kerr’s reach and, if the situation was bad enough, any silt deposits would be cleared out, said the chairman of the board (Mr R. C. Neville) yesterday. Mr Neville was commenting on a complaint by the Canterbury Rowing Association that silt built up in the reach had made racing at low tide dangerous.
