Bookmakers have Cardigan Bay at a record low quote for the 1964 Inter-Dominion Championship, which begins at Melbourne on February 22, in the first charts issued on the series today. Cardigan Bay won the 1963 championship -at Adelaide. Tactile, in spite of his failure in the Hunter Cup at the Melbourne Show Grounds last night, is equal second favourite with the oup winner Minuteman. Bracketed with Robin Dundee on the next line are the Sydney pacers Chief Vitesse and Idle Raider.
