WELLINGTON, December 30. Three changes will take place in the Air Board next year caused by a change in the post of air officer commanding at R.N.Z.A.F. Headquarters, London. Air Commodore W. H. Air Commodore Stratton, who has left for the United Kingdom, will assume command on January 27 and will serve a three-year-term. He succeeds Air Commodore C. A.
