WELLINGTON, December 30. Three changes will take place in the Air Board next year caused by a change in the post of air officer commanding at R.N.Z.A.F. Headquarters, London. Air Commodore W. H. Stratton, assistant Chief of Air Staff, has received the London appointment. Air Force Headquarters. Welling-j ton, announced tonight I

Air Commodore Stratton, who has left for the United Kingdom, will assume command on January 27 and will serve a three-year-term. He succeeds Air Commodore C. A. Turner, who on March 2 will be named to the Air Board as air member for supply. The present air member for supply. Air Commodore T. F. Gill, will become assistant Chief of Air Staff.
