Two British clubs, Manchester United and Glasgow Celtic, are in the last eight of the European Cup-Win-ners’ Cup, Also through to the quarterfinals are M.T.K. Budapest (Hungary), Sporting Lisbon (Portugal), Lyons Olympic (France) and Fenerbache (Turkey). Hamburg and Barcelona drew, 0-0, in Hamburg yesterday and finished level, 4-4, on aggregate. They will probably play-off for a quarterfinal place in Amsterdam next Wednesday. The Welsh club, Borough United, has little hope of qualifying for the last place after losing, 1-0, to Slovan Bratislava in the first leg yesterday. In Zagreb, Glasgow Celtic, although deservedly beaten, 2-1, by Dinamo, qualified by a comfortable 4-2 aggregate. In Belfast, Fenerbache reached the quarter-finals although beaten, 2-0, by the Irish club, Linfield, winning 4-3 on aggregate.
Club Refuses Transfers

The management board of the English soccer club. West Bromwich Albion, has refused to accept requests for trans* fer by 13 players who object to the manager, Mr Jimmy Hagan, “because he never seems to see our point of view."
