C.LB. Study Of Report (N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) PERTH, December 12. The report made to the State Government on the operations of the Reid Murray group in Western Australia has been sent to the Criminal Investigation Bureau to be studied. The Police Commissioner, Mr J. M. O'Brien, said today that this had been done after consideration of the report in conjunction with officers of the Crown Law Department. The report says the two joint managing directors of the Reid Murray Developments group in Western Australia, Mr John Lawrence Simpson and Mr Peter Charles Sullivan, had attempted to evade income tax on commissions through falsification of accounts.
